Neal Zucker is the President and CEO of Corporate Cleaning Services, Chicago’s largest window washing company. Since founding the company in 1994, Zucker has driven innovation in the industry setting new standards for safety and service. Under his leadership, Corporate Cleaning Serves has become a model of operational excellence.

As Chicago’s largest employer of union window washers, Zucker is a dedicated advocate for the rights and welfare of union workers. He collaborates closely with labor unions to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and ongoing professional development. Zucker’s dedication to Chicago extends well beyond his role in business. Zucker was a founding member of the Junior Board of the Young Leadership Division of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and founder of Chicago Gateway Green’s Green Tie Ball, an annual event supporting the beautification of Chicago’s highways and neighborhoods. Zucker has also served on numerous boards, including After School Matters, Chicago High School for the Arts, as well as Trustee of the Museum of Science and Industry, Co-Chairman of the Chicago Gateway Green Committee, and a current distinguished Emeritus Board Member of the Goodman Theatre. He received the Global Leadership Award for excellence in leadership and public service and is regularly featured in various Chicago publications, including Crains, where he is frequently named a “Who’s Who in Chicago Business.”

Zucker received his bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
